At Your Very Own, all items are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason other than an error on our part or a manufacturing defect.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Items

If you receive:

  • The wrong item
  • An item you did not order
  • A defective or damaged item

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at YourVerryOwn@gmail.com. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review your claim.

If your claim is approved, we will provide a replacement item or exchange at no additional cost to you.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Change of mind
  • Color preference
  • Ordering errors made by the customer
